HealthAide, Inc was created in 2004 to commercialize numerous therapeutic and nutritional applications for humans and animals within both the over-the-counter and the prescription markets. The IP portfolio protects the formulation and use of a bio-active dipeptide ester in numerous therapeutic applications for both humans and animals. Some of the potential therapeutic applications are for general pain relief, inflammation reduction, blood thinning (stroke and heart attack prevention), bone density enhancement (osteoporosis), calcium stress, acute and sickle cell anemia, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and animal appetite enhancement. There are applications for oral analgesics and for skin care products including poison ivy/oak, contact dermatitis and various burns. HealthAide has recently discovered new and important scientific evidence to explain the mechanism of action and efficacy of our bio-active dipeptide ester compound adding significant value to its existing IP portfolio. This compound represents a new “active ingredient” in some ways similar in function to Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDS) with no evidence of gastro-intestinal side effects.
